Since 1983, Le Monde du Ravioli has been on a mission: to become a leader in the fresh pasta industry. We have come along a whole way since our debut, having evolved to become a leader indeed. This was a difficult task as the competition is fierce and to survive one must always be one step in front of the competition.
To face the competition and thrive, we are constantly seeking innovation of our product line. Part of our success is to be attributed to some of the biggest chefs in the industry with whom we have had the privilege to work with. Their sound advice and critics have helped us with some of our creative results. Another part of our success is the quality and freshness of our products. We use only the highest quality in our production. No additives, no chemical products or colorants are used.
Along our company journey, several milestones have been accomplished such as the move of our installations into a modern plant, the modernization of our processing equipment as well as the implementation of a General Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or the introduction and launch of our products into the retail market working with well established retailers such as Métro & IGA (Sobeys).
We are also conscious that to become a leader, one must also have a strong client relationship. We take this very seriously. Despite our vast product line, we are very sensitive to our customers needs and can adapt to meet each ones specific requirements. Our distribution network is also widely spread out across the Province of Québec to better meet your needs.
